Conduct Line Checks and Rib Checks in accordance with established procedure. Ensure Prep Lists are followed. Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products and production procedures. Ensure established standards of food and alcohol safety are maintained. Purchase food products within established guidelines. Oversee correct receipt, storage and handling of food products to ensure quality and freshness at all times. Maintain an appropriate inventory of products. Ensure food storage and storage areas are compliant with local Health Codes.  Guests and Associate Respond to Guest comments and criticism within 24 hours in a constructive and positive manner. Educate and empower Associates to act in a similar manner. Ensure a safe and secure work and dining environment for Associates and Guests. Ensures Associates follow all safety and uniform guidelines.
